Gearcase Filler Valve replacement request form

1. Complete this form and click the submit button at the bottom of the page. (A physical street address is required, no P.O. Box)
2. CDI Electronics will send a replacement valve(s) to the requestor’s address at no cost. 
3. If you need more than (2) valves replaced, a photo of the valves will be required before replacements are sent.
4. Replacement valve(s) will be sent within one week of request.
